Features
Orange mint is a hardy perennial herb with dark green flossy leaves marked with a purple edge and underside. Lilac-pink blooms in summer add to its appeal.
Uses
A superb container selection. Nice groundcover for beds and borders near paths, benches or porches where fragrance can be enjoyed. Leaves have a nice citrus flavour that is great for tea and fruit drinks.
Care
Best in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Keep soil moist, watering freely in dry weather. Harvest foliage as needed. May become invasive if left unchecked.
